Venerable Friends whit Chrysanthemum
In this phase the technique of overlaying is learned.
The techniques of padding and of stitching gold thread ‘couching’ on the fabric are perfected.
Techniques for ‘holding’ the embroidered silk threads are learned, and further stitches are introduced.
