Eternal Grace
This phase is devoted to studying in depth the techniques for stitching the foundation layer using both flat and twisted silk.
Another technique taught is that of ‘colour change’ designed to create shadow effects.
Techniques for ‘holding’ the embroidered silk threads is perfected, along with the work in progress strategy.
The technique of “lines of staggered diagonals” is also introduced.
